Product Condition
Products should be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened, used, tampered, or damaged-by-customer wellness products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

- Delivery date
- Photos or video of the parcel and product
- Short description of the issue
